Come to the organic gardens at Willow Herbal Delight Gardens and experience the heat-loving edibles growing easily during the hot, humid months of the year: Many perennial and self-seeding annual tropicals are among easiest food plants and herbs to grow. They’re more resistant to pests and plant diseases, plus very easy to propagate. Learn natural techniques for bananas; sweet potatoes, cassava, tapoica, and other tropical roots/tubers; tropical beans; numerous colorful, nutritious leaves from hibiscus to katuk; tropical members of the tomato family; and herbs/ spices like lemongrass, curry leaf tree, ginger, cardamon, galangal, turmeric, patchouli, and guinea henweed. The Gardens are located at the last house on the left on Ray Road (only 1 block long), off of S. Miller Rd., 1/3 mile south of Lumsden Rd. in Valrico. The Church of Christ of Valrico is on the corner of Miller and Ray. Please park fully on the lawn under the oak trees. Welcome! Get your tickets here…
