Workshop - Home Brewing Basics: Join us and learn how easy it is to make a really good tasting beer. During this workshop we will brew a 5-gallon batch of "Amber Ale", while discussing the history of brewing. You will learn about the equipment and ingredients needed to brew in your own kitchen. And of course we will sample some of Roberto's home brew! An handout will be provided with an easy recipe, a list of materials and ingredients and a list of home brew resources. Background of Presenter: Roberto Saenz is the Farm Manager at Sweetwater Organic Community Farm. He has been brewing his own ales for three years.
