Our farm is located on 6 acres of suburban property along Sweetwater Creek in the Town n’ Country area of Tampa, just north of Hillsborough Avenue and east of Hanley Road near the Veteran’s Expressway/Tampa Airport.
You may enter the farm from three directions. The following guideline will help you determine the best parking area to use based on the Day and Reason for your visit:
“Across the Creek” Entrance: Sunday Market & Sunday CSA Member Parking
GPS address: 7318 W. Comanche Avenue, Tampa, Fl 33634
Park on Comanche Avenue off of Hanley Road. Traveling west on Hillsborough Ave. from the Veteran’s Expressway, turn right on Hanley Rd (at CVS Pharmacy). Take the next right on Comanche Ave and park in one of the three areas listed below. Walk east down the sidewalk and across the walking bridge over Sweetwater Creek. The Farm driveway will be on your right through the fence:
1. Park along the chainlink fence on the north side of Comanche Avenue. (Please do not park in the two spaces closest to the creek. Backing out is difficult and dangerous to pedestrians.)
2. Park in the parking lot of the tan building with green roof on the south side of Comanche Avenue (look for the Sweetwater parking sign). We have an agreement to use their lot on Sundays and for special events.
3. Park in the Church parking lot on the corner of Hanley and Comanche Avenue. We have an agreement to use their lot on Sundays and for special events.
“Mohawk” Entrance: Volunteers & Thursday CSA Member Parking
GPS Address: 6957 W. Mohawk Avenue, Tampa, Fl 33634 (will bring you to the farm gate proximity)
Parking on Comanche Avenue off of Hanley Road is the preferred parking area (see above). However, Thursday CSA Members and early morning Volunteers may also chose to park in the limited space available along the chainlink fence on the south end of our property on Mohawk Avenue. Traveling west on Hillsborough Ave. from the Veteran’s Expressway, turn right on Sawyer Rd. (Shell station.) Take the next left on Mohawk Ave. Drive to the end and park along the chainlink fence. Walk through the opening in the fence, down the driveway to the farm. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF ANY RESIDENTIAL HOMES ALONG MOHAWK AVE OR YOU MAY BE TOWED.
“Handicap” Entrance: For use as Handicap Parking Only

Traveling west on Hillsborough Ave from the Veteran’s Expressway, turn right on Sawyer Road (Shell Station). Take the second left on Comanche Ave. Go all the way down to the end and turn left into the Farm driveway. Park in one of three handicap spaces in small lot on immediate left. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF ANY RESIDENTIAL HOMES ALONG COMANCHE AVE OR YOU MAY BE TOWED.
“Vendor” Parking: Sunday Market Vendors park here after unloading their vehicles

Pipo’s Restaurant on Hillsborough Avenue has been secured for Vendor parking during our Sunday Market only. Traveling west on Hillsborough Ave from the Veteran’s Expressway, turn right into Pipo’s Restaurant (about 1/2 mile past the Shell Station). Drive to the rear of the restaurant and park in any space behind the restaurant. Walk to the east and through the gate opening to Mohawk Avenue. Cross Mohawk and enter the Farm through the opening in the chainlink fence. VENDORS SHOULD NOT PARK ALONG COMANCHE OR MOHAWK AVENUE OR INSIDE THE SW PROPERTY. HAVING AVAILABLE PARKING FOR OUR MARKET VISITORS IS KEY TO OUR SUCCESS.
