Live Music with John Linton

John Linton has played jazz piano for decades in Louisville, Kentucky, where he grew up, including regularly at the storied Brown Hotel.  Now in Tampa, John plays local concerts on the weekends in various venues.  He has appeared at The Tampa Club, The Grand Cathedral Cigars, Timpano, and various other local kava bars.  His style ranges from jazz swing standards to meditative ballads, a darting stride piano to a mellow bossa nova.  John plays both solo and with groups, as schedules permit.  Most notably, he has appeared with the esteemed local guitarist Shaun Hopper for various duos and events.
