Florida favorites Quail Hollow Band and Sunset Bridge Band headline the 2nd Annual Farm Aid Tampa Bay Music Fest, presented by Replay Guitar Exchange with refreshment sponsors Three Daughters Brewing, Keel & Curley Winery, and Publix! Enjoy toetapping jam bands Northstar, Vagabond Tweed, and Talk to Mark, and an intimate farmhouse concert with international peace-prize-winner Percy Abain, Austin Americana balladdeer Keith Everman, folk-rock poet Will Quinlan, the harmonies of Swallowtail Cousin’s Liz Alden & Tony Purnell, and more! Plus foodie vendors, local creatives, and cameo’s by Tampa Bay garden-to-table champions. Get a little taste of the national Farm Aid Festival and support nonprofit Sweetwater’s organic education programs.  Kids attend free. Well-behaved leashed dogs welcome.

Meet the Talent!

Quail Hollow Band  Hailing from the outskirts of Tampa and Gainesville, Quail Hollow blends classic rock, folk, and indie influences to create a dreamy sound that sparks the feeling of sitting amid a lush forest. Quail Hollow is composed of Dominic Fonseca (vocals, bass, rhythm guitar), Ashley Griffith (vocals and bass), Douglas Jaramillo (lead guitar) and Augustus Hoff (drums, guitar and misc.) This self-described family, rooted in high school jam sessions, has grown and matured, adding new rings to their tree.

 

Sunset Bridge Band draws on Folk, Alt-Country and Americana to craft their bass-swaying, percussive and guitar infused grooves, gaining an intimate admiration from fans throughout Tampa Bay and beyond. Playing original music since 2006, SBB has released three albums; For the Love of Grace 2008, No Worries 2010, and Dinner at Eight 2016.  SBB has played many festivals including Dunedin Craft Beer Festival, WMNF’s Tropical Heatwave, WMNF’s Live Music Showcase, Tampa Bay Markets, Broken String Fling, Home Team Rally, Riverhawk Music Festival, Gasparilla Music Festival, TBT’s Friday Extra Concert Series and many more. 

 

Northstar  Your new favorite jam band! Based in St. Petersburg, Northstar is an eclectic group of musicians with influences ranging from jazz, funk, psychedelic rock, folk and more, forming a very distinct and unique Jam Band with open ended jams and complex arrangements.

 

 

Vagabond Tweed  is an original Americana alt-country music extravaganza. You may have caught them at Tampa Bay hotspots like New World Brewery, Crooked Thumb, Ale & the Witch, Bar Fly, or on the WMNF Live Music Showcase. Their self-titled album released in 2023 is available on all streaming platforms.

 

 

Swallowtail Cousin   Rooted in southern classic rock, acoustic duo Swallowtail Cousin pairs the beautiful guitarwork of Tony Purnell, a veteran of the Tampa Bay music scene, with the heartfelt lyrics of Liz Alden. Their harmonies weave together 1970s hits and new songs of love and loss, traffic, sandwiches, and the International Space Station. In their brief collaboration they’ve been featured at Safety Harbor Holiday Nights, Tampa Union Station Train Day, Sweetwater Farm’s Planters Ball, and many Tampa Bay venues. Both are accomplished songwriters with Alden’s two albums on all streaming platforms and Purnell’s band Four-Star Riot placing a song in the first Deadpool movie. 

 

Keith Everman  Hailing from Nashville, TN and now based in Austin, Texas, Americana balladdeer Keith Everman began writing and performing his original music in 2018. In 2021, his first release, “Sonic Celebration,” explored the emotions associated with the reopening of the world and the live music industry post quarantine. His latest, “Hard Life” was released in 2022, and more are coming this year! 

 

Percy Abain  Cameroonian born, Percy Abain won the UN Disarmament “Pitching Peace Youth Music Challenge” in 2022! He is a music minister, coach and a humanitarian.
