Kombucha Homebrewing Workshop

Sunday, December 11th 1:00-3:00pm

This 2 hour class will provide you with the basic skills and information needed to make your own fermented kombucha tea and bottle it at home. We will cover the do’s and don’ts of brewing, fermenting, basic science and even a little philosophy behind the culture of fermentation. Taught by Joshua Rumschlag, partner and brewer at Mother Kombucha in St Petersburg.
